- Be able to access information and standards required when completing a roadworthy inspection
- Be able to complete all documentation and access information required to test and examine a bus

Upon successful completion of the Light Bus Tester course, participants will receive an Examiners Accreditation Card and an official Certificate of Completion. Can I Apply?
To be eligible to attend this course, you must work in a VicRoads accredited Licenced Vehicle Tester business (as specificity authorise to test vehicle category.
Prior to being accepted to attend this course, you will be required to sit a online assessment to assess your Language, Literacy Numeracy (LLN).
You must also:
- Be a qualified motor mechanic with light vehicle experience to VicRoads requirements
- Hold a current Driver Licence
